Elements Salon is a complete service environment that caters to the special needs of Tuscaloosa area clients. Each service room is a private oasis of pampering attention and comfort. Elements is owned and operated by Kristi and Mark Lent. We invite your comments and suggestions and are constantly working toward improving your experience with us! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve your comfort or visit with us.
Gift Cards- Are available for any service and any denomination. Ask your service provider for details. Gift card purchases are nonrefundable.
Cancellations-
Because our time is reserved for you, all services require a 24 hour notice
of cancellation, or we must bill the full price of the price of the service.
Returned checks will be charged $30.00.
For two or more appointments, such as our package plans, we require 48 hours
notice or the full price of the services will be assessed. No shows will be
charged the full price of the package as well.
Scheduling/Reservations/Deposits- Please have a credit card available when you call for an appointment, this will enable us to reserve that time for you.
Hours of Operation- Tuesday through Friday by appointment only.

All Sales are final- At Elements, we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase before you buy it. Our policy is that once purchased, there is no refund.
No Shows- Or appointments made that there is no call for a cancellation will be charged full price for the missed appointment. A 24 hour notice is required to avoid no-show charges. In the case of a gift card, the value of the service(s) will be voided from the card.
